DetailsCan't decide which terrarium to gift? Let them decide! Upon purchase you will receive a digital gift certificate that can be easily printed or sent via email. This download will not have the actual certificate code. A separate email will be sent with the necessary code within 24 hours.
Please note the gift certificate is:
* ONLY valid in Doodle Bird Terrariums online shop.
* Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase (must be used within that time period, no exceptions).
* Code only valid once.
* No cash refund. All gift card sales are final and all shop policies apply.
If there is a difference in price and the customer is owed change it will be given by a new gift certificate code. The expiration date will be the same as the original certificate. -

Gift wrapping and packaging
Terrariums are packaged with great care keeping safety in mind. Because of that reason, gift wrapping is not an option. However, a personalized gift card and/or black bow is available upon request and is free of charge.
Custom and personalized orders
Custom orders are non-refundable and may take longer to process. Cancellations not accepted on custom work.
If your package is returned to the sender...
Please be advised that if your package is returned due to an incomplete or undeliverable address, meaning it was entered wrong by you at checkout, you will have the option of a the order being mailed again with a corrected address (with additional shipping fees) or a refund (minus the shipping fees and possibly a restocking fee). Custom orders aren't eligible for a refund.
Other circumstances vary, please don't hesitate to reach out and we can work out a solution (I will also reach out to you via Etsy messages in case a package is returned).How are terrariums packaged and shipped?
Terrariums are packaged with great care. Packing material is used both inside and outside the jar so that the contents are not jumbled around during shipping. Any terrarium containing live plants should be unpacked immediately after arrival. Plants cannot survive long periods of time inside the box or with packing material covering them. If you need to keep the terrarium in the box then place it in the refrigerator until needed. This will keep the plant fresh (simulating winter conditions) and green. Remember to remove the packing material prior to storage.
